Greenlight Commerce named winner of Best Enterprise Project at National Technology Awards 2017

We are delighted and honoured to be named winner of the Best Enterprise Project category at inaugural National Technology Awards, held last night at The Millennium Hotel in Mayfair, London. The National Technology Awards, hosted by FStech Magazine and Retail Systems, represent the pinnacle of best practice and were created to honour the leaders of technology.

The Award recognises our work with The British Home Store (formerly known as BHS) to deliver an eCommerce site, built on the SAP Hybris Commerce platform and integrated into SAP Business ByDesign, in just seven weeks – something that would usually take nine months or more to deliver.

“We are absolutely thrilled to win Best Enterprise Project, ” said Kevin Murray, managing director at Greenlight Commerce. “This award recognises the sheer determination and commitment of the Greenlight Commerce and BHS teams to deliver what many claimed was impossible – a stable and trading, feature rich site in seven weeks and on budget.”

Representing The British Home Store at the awards, Michael Jones, Head of UX, added “The victory was a great testament to the outstanding team at Greenlight, an unprecedented project delivery and the brilliant partner we continue to build”.

Alongside our win, we’re very proud to have also been nominated for Tech Team of The Year, which further underlines the incredible work of the Greenlight team to deliver this project.

The National Technology Awards were created to allow the technology sector to shine, celebrating the pioneers of new technology and to help drive standards and encourage excellence.
